Agreement
These terms govern use of Earned, operated by Prashant Janardhan Pandey. By installing or using Earned, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the Shopify store connected to the app and agree to these terms.
The service
Earned analyzes Shopify store activity to calculate product badges, write app-owned metafields, show storefront badge output, and provide merchant-facing product information. Badge eligibility changes as store data changes. Earned does not guarantee that a product will qualify for or keep a badge.
Your responsibilities
- Use Earned only with stores and data you are authorized to manage.
- Keep your Shopify account secure and provide accurate support information.
- Review storefront output and comply with laws that apply to your products, claims, and customers.
- Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Earned for unlawful activity.
Plans and billing
Available plans, prices, billing periods, and trials are shown through Shopify. Shopify handles subscription approval and charges. You can change or cancel your plan through Shopify, subject to Shopify’s billing rules.
Availability and changes
Earned may be updated to improve calculations, security, compatibility, or plan features. Temporary interruptions can occur during maintenance or because Shopify or infrastructure services are unavailable.
Intellectual property
Earned’s software, visual identity, copy, and badge presentation belong to the operator or applicable licensors. You keep ownership of your store data and grant Earned permission to process it only as needed to provide the service.
Termination
You may stop using Earned by uninstalling it or cancelling the applicable plan. Access may be suspended for misuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these terms. Data is handled after uninstall as described in the privacy policy.
Disclaimers and liability
Earned is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
